Privacy and terms
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms — to book a call or to download one of our documents — and what you enter when you book. We use it to reply to you and follow up, and we don't sell it, share it for marketing, or put you on a mailing list.

Who we are
This website is run by Tez I Solutions LLC (“Tez”, “we”, “us”). For anything in this policy, email ialif@tezisolutions.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on the booking page. Which service you're interested in, your industry, where your leads are kept, which AI tools you use, your annual revenue range (or “prefer not to say”), and your name, business name, email, phone number and any notes you add. Only your name and email are required.
When you download one of our industry documents. Your name, email, phone number, company and industry, which document you downloaded, and your agreement to be contacted about it. We use these only to follow up with you about that document — by email or by phone — and keep them under the same rules as everything else on this page.
When you book a call. Booking runs through Calendly. It collects your name, email, the time you choose and your time zone, and handles that under Calendly's privacy policy. We receive the booking details so we can hold the call.
When you browse. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request — such as IP address, browser type and the page requested — to keep the site running and secure. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The site remembers your light or dark mode choice in your own browser; that setting is never sent to us.
What we do with it
- Reply to you about the free first session, and prepare for it.
- Follow up with you about a document you downloaded, as you agreed when you asked for it.
- Keep a record of the conversation if you decide to work with us.
- Keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your information, share it with anyone for their own marketing, add you to a mailing list, or text you unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
Only the services we need to run the site and reply to you, each acting on our behalf: Bluehost, which hosts the site; Supabase, where form submissions and download requests are stored; Google (Gmail), which delivers the email that tells us a form has come in; and Calendly, for bookings. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions, download requests and booking details are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client — then they become part of that engagement's records. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your choices
Email ialif@tezisolutions.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll reply within 2–3 business days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's privacy law; we'll honour them.
If you become a client
This policy covers this website only. Work on your business's data — your lead list, your CRM, your AI tools — is covered by the written agreement we sign with you, which sets out what we access, how it's handled and stored, and what happens to it when the work ends. We never ask for an export, a file or account access before that agreement is in place, and never ask for a password by email.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submissions is limited to the people who reply to them. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects your information, we'll tell you.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
Terms of use
Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site describes what Tez does; it isn't an offer or a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement wins if the two ever disagree.
The first session
The first session is free and carries no obligation on either side. Either of us can cancel or reschedule it. Anything we tell you on that call is a general view based on what you've shared, not a guarantee.
Examples and figures
Screens, dashboards and numbers marked “illustration” are made up to show how something works — they are not real client data or results. Statistics from other organisations are linked to their source, and we don't promise any particular outcome for your business.
Names and logos
The content of this site belongs to Tez I Solutions LLC. Product names and logos of other companies — including the AI tools and software shown — belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of them unless we say so.
Fair use of the site
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping, and no submitting someone else's details through the form.
Other websites
Links to other sites (Calendly, LinkedIn, the sources we cite) are there for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we're not responsible for them.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it and aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on it. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States.
