I've always loved two things: building tools, and using them to fix the real problems businesses deal with every day.

Lead reactivation started with my best friend. He was going through his old leads one by one, calling people who had gone quiet to find the few who were still interested. It took up hours of his week — time he didn't have. So I built a way to rank his list, so he only had to call the people most likely to say yes.

AI services started with something I kept seeing: businesses buying AI tools because they know they should, then never getting the time or the know-how to set them up or connect them. So they keep paying for tools they barely use. I connect those tools to how the business actually runs, train the team, and keep everything working the way it should.

Leads and operations are where most owners I talk to feel stuck. I started Tez to genuinely help with both — and to see the people I work with become more successful because of it.
